I am ONE YEAR SOBER TODAY I cannot thank the people at cornerstone enough it was my 1st time ever in rehab and I was treated with such respect as human being when I didn’t think I deserved it I loved seeing the owner at cornerstone And involved in everything going on all around That man never skipped a beat Thank you cornerstone for giving me my foundation to live a sober life u given me the foundation the blocks and the courage to want to change my life around and I did Christine was my counselor and she was awesome always thier for me with her door always open thank u Christine and EVERYONE AT CORNERSTONE

I am so thankful for the wonderful folks at Cornerstone, especially Maria Carter. My son is in Cornerstone for the second time, (the first time he was forced there) but this time he is there because he wanted to go. The counselors really care about their clients and offer very professional and caring services. They offer family counseling nights which are extremely beneficial to the families as they go through the turbulence of addiction and recovery with their loved ones. The program is very comprehensive, incorporating healing the body, mind and soul. Cornerstone is the best thing that has happened to my son and for that I am eternally grateful. I strongly recommend Cornerstone if anyone is considering rehab. Unlike other places it is not about the money. They are legit and truly want to help their clients.

I entered treatment in 2016 as a broken woman and single mother who had avoided facing my addictions for 23 years. I was scared and also stubborn and the intake staff and counselors were the right kind of firm and loving to guide me through the initial pain of detoxing from alcohol. They were able to get me to join group and it was there that I heard my story and finally saw the charade and nightmare I was living and putting my loved ones through. I moved onto Residential and the counselors, staff and support system was superb in helping me face hard truths and getting me to a point that when I finally left 35 days later, I knew what I had to do to stay sober. I am proud to say I am now at 2 years and 3 months sober, and my life looks nothing like it did before I entered Cornerstone’s program and I will be forever grateful. Today, my son and I have a life worth living.

From the incredible staff at intake, to the tirelessly patient staff at residential to the staff I have the pleasure and privilege of working with each day at outpatient; Cornerstone goes above and beyond for each and every client that walks through its doors. I have worked with people with addictions for many years and Cornerstone is the most caring facility by far. There is a reason why other treatment centers come and go while Cornerstone remains steadfast for more than 34 years. That reason is genuine care for clients. The amount of love and support is evident on a daily basis and is the reason I will continue working there as long as they will have me. I love my Cornerstone family and I love the difference Cornerstone makes in the lives a people with addictions every day.

I love this place. Its helping me so much in recovery. I want to continue here to complete the program. Soak everything up like a sponge.

This treatment facility has helped SOOO many people that I know! They truly know all about drug and alcohol addictions and their staff members treat each person with respect and understanding. Their homes are clean and comfortable. They have WiFi and cable TV and take the clients to LA fitness. The food is great! They get Dream Dinners for the detoxing clients and shop at Costco and Albertsons for their extended care homes. They have a house manager who lives in each and every home who makes sure the clients are safe and taken care of and accounted for each night. If you are SERIOUS about SOBRIETY you should call them.

I entered the program in February and finished after only ONE months whitch sucks because I only got to do a 30day program I thought it was going to be 90days! But even so my group leader ANDREA WAS THE VERY BEST AND IF WAS NOT FOR HER HIGH SPIRIT AND DETERMINATION TO KEEP HER CLIENTS CLEAN AND SOBER I WOULD NOT BE SO TODAY! ANDREA IS THE BEST! REAL MVP!

Let me start this with my intake date at Cornerstone: Monday March 27 2000. Ultimately the best day of my life (besides quitting cigarettes in 2014) as well as the worst. Fast forward to last year when I discovered and started to follow Cornerstones Twitter account after I spotted them online. I got a reply thanking me for the follow. (in 2000 this social media thing wasn't around yet) Well I had to reply back immediately, "NO! Thank You. I'm coming up on 18 years and I am so grateful thanks to Dr. Stone, The Stone family and ALL the Cornerstone staff and house Managers of 2000. I have nothing but positive memories of my week in the main house detox (I was pretty messed up). I say positive (though physically it sucked withdrawal-wise) because everybody had this brilliant energy of recovery and perseverance. Being positive and being healthy. It was the energy you could feel from everyone and is difficult to put into words. Cornerstone taught me how to stay clean & sober, go to meetings and be of service. Were as the 'other' rehab I went to before Cornerstone just had me pull weeds, mow lawns, wash dishes and yell at each other in encounter groups. I think, for me, teaching me HOW to stay clean & sober was key. Dr Stone and his staff provided the education, experience, strength and hope. Then all I had to do is put that new learned knowledge to work. And 18 years later it continues to work. The staff and The Stone family truly saved my life back in March 2000. Thank You. Patrick F.

I interned at Cornerstone some years ago and was very impressed by how the staff I worked with cared about the very difficult and demanding clients we had. Day after day I saw the support given even when the clients were misbehaving. The program deserves the highest rating for what they do.

I have had the pleasure of working with Cornerstone professionally as well as personally. As professionals, Cornerstone is a family owned business that is ethical in its practices and consistent in its treatment philosophies. They are very responsive both to calls, as well as to requests or concerns. I have the utmost respect for the Cornerstone family -- so much so that I did send a family member there for treatment. He did very well, they have multiple family programs in the evenings so that families can participate in their loved-one's recovery (family programs are free!). The houses are clean and cozy and the environment is warm and friendly.

Im a former client and this place really has built a foundation for me. I have 6 months clean and im not saying rehab keeps you sober but it definitely helps you get back on track and the staff and groups definitely were a big help. I really learned alot about myself and this place is a great rehab. Ive been to 5 and this is By far my number one

Cornerstone staff and programs are top notch If you are willing to do the work, every staff member there will be there to help you and encourage you on your path. They made a miracle happen for me. But you have to do the footwork and continue to be committed long after you leave. I am so grateful to each person I met at the facility from Dr. Stone to my wonderful case managers. Thanks for putting my life on a new and wonderful path.

Amazing experience. Went through here 7 yrs ago, was very lost and broken. I do feel as though they cared a lot about their clients. This place offered daily educations and helped me gain tools in recovery. It is a 12 step based program, we would attend AA meetings, and had different transitions during stay. I believe I was in the detox unit for about a week, and had around the clock care. They monitored symptoms of withdrawal (very dangerous detoxing from benzodiazepines and alcohol). I do recall even meeting the owner, Dr. stone. He had a sincerity about him. I was kind of a pain, 26 years old; going on 16. I never once felt I wasn't heard. I saw a therapist and counselor weekly, sometimes more. They had family night once a week, to educate the family members as well. What I loved is the fact that they had a balance of working on our recovery, but also having fun. Taught me that we can have fun being sober. We were taken on fun adventures. Went to the movies, go carts, gym and yoga. They'd also take us to target for weekly runs. What a blessing to be fortunate enough to start my 7 wonderful yrs of sobriety. I, myself am now working in an outpatient program, as a drug and alcohol counselor for the past 3 yrs. Now have been working in recovery, I can appreciate all the hard work this program offers. There's a reason it's such a successful treatment program, if it wasn't a good model program, there's no way it would continue to be so successful, three decades later.

Fantastic Rehabilitation Center which effectively focuses on "relapse prevention" which, of course, is the name of the game. I highly recommend Cornerstone of Southern California to any individual or family in need of a Rehabilitation Center for themselves or a loved one.

have referred several people to Cornerstone, and I have to say " I am very impressed". One of my good friend's called me in desperate need to help her niece, and Cornerstone immediately contacted her. Within 3 hours of calling, was admitted into the program. The intake department was very helpful with getting insurance authorization and very welcoming when she arrived. My friend's niece was at Cornerstone for 45 days, and she said it changed her life. She had been in and out of treatment before and had never experienced the love, and the feeling of being cared for, that Cornerstone provided. She thanked me profusely for referring her to Cornerstone. Cornerstone knows what they are doing and has over 32 years of experience in addiction treatment, not to mention they are "ETHICAL". I highly recommend anyone sending their loved one to Cornerstone.

I've had extremely positive experiences with Cornerstone of Southern California. They are family owned and operated and have been in business for decades. I felt obligated to post this review when I saw negative reviews stating that Cornerstone will try to keep you in the program longer for more money. The case managers don't make more money by keeping you in the program longer. If they advise you to stay longer it's because they want to make sure you're ready. I highly recommend Cornerstone of Southern California if you want to get into a first class drug and alcohol program. I have seen them save lives.

I was at Cornerstone for 5 weeks and the experience was great. My case manager Chelsea was outstanding, she had compassion for the clients in her group and she was the major factor in my recovery while at Cornerstone. I highly recommend Cornerstone if you are looking for an outstanding Alcohol Treatment Center.

I'm impressed with the all encompassing aspect of Cornerstone's approach to the treatment of alcohol and drug treatment. The program offers a comprehensive approach with doctor supervision, drug education and treatment planning. But this is not where the treatment ends. The client's family is encouraged to get involved in gaining education on drug addiction, as well. Cornerstone offers family groups for just families to obtain support, and family groups with the clients so healing can take place with the whole family involved. Cornerstone has been in the business of helping clients and their families for thirty years, and that speaks volumes with such endurance in this complicated field.
